Randall's professional journey includes nearly two decades at Shell Oil Company, where he rose from procurement roles to designing supply chain strategies for one of the largest joint ventures in the energy sector. At WESCO Distribution, he led the company's digital procurement transformation while securing over $125 million in national account contracts. In 2004, he founded Diversity Works, where he has spent more than two decades helping small and emerging businesses build strategic capacity, forge high-value alliances, and win multi-year B2B contracts. He is the creator of Business Partner Blueprint® — a proven framework for small and diverse businesses seeking Fortune 500 readiness. A published author and Certified Technologist of Human Optimization, Randall holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Houston.
